SUMMARY:Summer Executive Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Committees will have an opportunity to meet from 9:30am to 11:00am.  Meetings can be in-person\, or hybrid\, or on Zoom only.  If you plan to have a hybrid committee meeting\, at least one of your committee members at the Tampa Meetinghouse MUST HAVE a laptop (or other Zoom enabled device) so that people at the meetinghouse can join those on Zoom in your committee’s online breakout room. \nReports and agenda items must be received in the SEYM office and by EC/IBM Clerk Bill Carlie no later than June 7.  Please email your reports and agenda requests to Susan at office@seym.org AND to Bill at ymclerk@seymquakers.org. \nYou can find the Agenda and all the Documents in Advance submitted as of June 18th\, here. \nYOU MUST REGISTER whether you are planning to attend in person or online.  Tampa Meeting’s hospitality committee is providing breakfast\, lunch\, and snacks\, and needs to know how many people will be there in person.  If you are attending online you will only receive the zoom information if you are registered.
