All are welcome to join us for our Yearly Executive Committee Meeting! The Executive Committee (EC) makes sure that business items are ready to be brought to Yearly Business Meeting, and discerns on various issues that arise. The EC is made up primarily of SEYM officers, clerks and committee clerks, but we also welcome the participation of any SEYM Friends.

General reports from committees should be brief at EC and bring forward issues needing an EC minute (as needed). There is no need to go into details that are within the Documents in Advance and will be provided to the body at plenary during YBM sessions, New issues not in the DIAs needing discernment should be brought forward at EC to the extent these matters are prepared. Routine information can be presented to the body at the appropriate YBM plenary.
