Fall Interim Business Meeting 2026

Large meeting of Friends
Join SEYM Friends in person or online for our Fall Interim Business Meeting. We will gather at the Gainesville Quakers Meetinghouse on Friday, October 2nd for Executive Committee; and then on Saturday, October 3rd, we will have committee meetings and a Meeting Forum in the morning, and Interim Business Meeting in the afternoon. Lunch will be provided by Gainesville Friends.

Schedule:

Friday, October 2nd

6:30 pm  Fellowship
7:00 pm  Executive Committee meeting. All are welcome!

Saturday, October 3rd

8:30 am  Fellowship, coffee & donuts
9:00 am  Opening Worship
9:30 am  Committee meetings
11:00 am  Meeting Forum
12noon  Lunch provided by St. Pete Friends
1:00 pm  Business Meeting

Registration is required

Registration is required for both in-person and online attendance! You must register whether you attend in person or online. Gainesville Friends need to know how many people will be there for lunch and you must register to receive the Zoom login information.
